Soft foam based on melamine with a volumetric weight of 9.5 ± 1.5 kg/m³, free of synthetic and natural fibers, halogens and CFCs. Building material class B1 (flame-retardant) according to DIN 4102; the material complies with DIN 4102 A2 in terms of flue gas permeation and toxicity values.
Due to the manufacturing process, the foam has a pore size distribution. As an upper limit, 10 pores per m² with a diameter in a range of >5 to 15 mm may occur on cut surfaces.

S35sv

Polyurethane foam based on polyester. The material is classed as B2 (flammable) with a standard color coat, and as B3 (highly flammable) without a color coat (both classes according to DIN 4102).

pinta phonestop

Recyclable glass is pulverized and then formed into raw granules. The smelting process takes place at up to 900 °C in a rotary tube furnace. After formation of a low-viscosity glass layer, the granulate expands. This creates a uniform, fine-pored structure. After they cool down, the grains are fractionated through screening. Problematic glass types such as fluorescent tubes and CRT glass are not processed.
The acoustic element complies with building material class A1 according to DIN 4102 - Part 4.
